Exchange/Return Policy

We have a 7-day Return/Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Return/Exchange.

To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unboxing Video of the Product is required to initiate a Return/Exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days(Deduction of shipping charges+other charges is applicable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@redpetals.in.
Refund is given only in case of Damaged Condition / Wrong Item.

Shipping Policy

ORDER TRACKING
A shipping confirmation SMS/WhatsApp as well as Email will be sent when your purchased product has been shipped with the tracking details, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering and delivery can be expected in 8-10 days.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carrier’s tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.

If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
