1. What is your Return/Exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day Return/Exchange policy. You can request a Return/Exchange within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. What items are non-returnable?
Certain items like perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
3. How can I initiate a Return/Exchange?
To start a Return/Exchange, email us at hello@redpetals.in. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@redpetals.in if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. An unboxing video of the product is required to initiate the process.
5. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method, minus shipping and applicable charges. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@redpetals.in.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/WhatsApp or email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. For further updates, use the carrier’s tracking tool.
